The European Central Bank has kept its benchmark interest rate unchanged in October at zero percent.<br />The ECB announced it will leave the benchmark interest rate at zero percent, and also keep its marginal lending rate and deposit rate unchanged at point-25 percent and minus half a percent respetively.<br />It added it expects interest rates to remain steady or slighty fall until inflation outlook converge close to, but below two percent.<br />The ECB President Mario Draghi is expected to give a press conference on Thursday local time.<br />
