An exorcism rite was held in the city of Padang, western Indonesia, with dozens of coloured rickshaws running behind a procession marching through the streets in this amazing video. <br /><br />The ritual was performed on October 23 to deter disaster, with offerings being burnt while prayers are made.<br /><br />This ritual ends with a local leader entering sanctified waters which are considered sacred by the local community.<br /><br />After the holy water is put into a vessel, a number of people scrambled to grab some to be bathed in, because it is believed to cure diseases and provide benefits.
