A commuter in northern China's Shenyang attempted to smuggle a lighter through the airport security in his mouth on October 16.<br /><br />The bizarre CCTV video shows a man taking a lighter out of his mouth after trying to smuggle it through the security and being caught by the airport staff.<br /><br />According to reports, the man was addicted to cigarettes and he was afraid that he couldn't go on the plane without smoking.<br /><br />It was the man's first-time taking a plane. He managed to hide the lighter in his mouth to pass through the security check and brought it onto the plane.<br /><br />He was fined 1000 Yuan (£110), reports said.
