Next Democratic Debate to Be Moderated by All-Female Panel.<br />The debate will take place <br />on Nov. 20 in Georgia.<br />Among the four moderators will be MSNBC host Rachel Maddow.<br />It will be her second time this year <br />moderating a Democratic debate.<br />Joining her are NBC News correspondents Andrea Mitchell and Kristen Welker.<br />Rounding out the group is <br />Ashley Parker, the White House <br />reporter for 'The Washington Post.'.<br />So far, eight of the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates have qualified for the debate.<br />A venue and format <br />has not yet been released
