A tank truck transporting 32 tons of waste oil flipped over after failing to avoid a stalled car on the road in eastern China.<br /><br />The CCTV video, filmed on October 22 on the Beijing–Shanghai Expressway in the city of Wuxi, shows a tanker truck tipping over onto the group after swerving to avoid a car that had halted in the middle of the road.<br /><br />According to reports, the car broke down and stopped on the highway.<br /><br />Although the car driver had turned on his hazard lights, but no other warning sign was set up. <br /><br />Some waste oil leaked out from the flipped tanker after the incident, but no casualties were reported. Police are investigating the case.
