A Palestinian official says at least 77 Palestinian demonstrators were injured on Friday in clashes with Israeli soldiers at the border between eastern Gaza Strip and Israel.<br /><br />Ashraf al-Qedra, a spokesperson of the health ministry in Gaza, told reporters that the injured included 31 demonstrators who were shot by Israeli soldiers' live ammunition.<br /><br />One of the injured was a field paramedic, he added.<br /><br />Footage showed some of those injured were children. <br /><br />The clashes erupted on Friday afternoon between hundreds of Palestinian demonstrators and the Israeli soldiers during the weekly anti-Israel protests, known as the "Great March of Return."
