South Korea's ruling Democratic Party has vowed utmost efforts to foster a fair society and an economy where all can co-exist.<br />In a policy speech at the National Assembly on Monday,... the party's Floor Leader Lee In-young highlighted the need to reform the prosecution and revamp the electoral system in order to achieve those goals.<br />He said the prosecution's power needs reining in,... and the electoral system needs to better reflect peoples' preferences.<br />Lee also noted the need to reform parliament in order to prevent boycotts and deadlocks caused by partisan wrangling.<br />He added the National Assembly needs to step up legislative activity to support next year's expansionary budget in order to boost the economy.<br />
