Johor Baru Magistrate's Court on Monday freed saleswoman Sam Ke Ting, who was involved in an accident which claimed the lives of eight young cyclist two years ago.<br /><br />Magistrate Siti Hajar Ali released Sam from a reckless driving charge after finding the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case.
