One of the characteristics of autumn is its deep blue sky.<br />Here are a few contributing factors.<br />As air temperatures cool, there's less moisture in the air,... which leads to little to no clouds or haze to block the sunlight.<br />With the sun no longer directly overhead in this time of the year, the sun's angle allows us to see more blue than red or green hues.<br />Rain clouds are developing in the northwest of the peninsula,... wetting mostly the central areas throughout the evening.<br />The precipitation will expand down the southern and western areas of Gangwon-do province as well,... bringing down 5 to 10 millimeters of rain up until dawn on Tuesday.<br />Air quality level is within bearable levels but we should keep a close watch as levels may fluctuate.<br />Fine dust particles could mix with the rain so make sure to have your umbrellas ready and wash your hands, face and feet as soon as you get home.<br />The rain should mostly dissipate by the morning.<br />Seoul gradually brightens up with a morning low of 10 degrees Celsius, Daegu at 9 while Busan and Jeju get a milder start to the day at 15 degrees.<br />Into the afternoon,... sunnier conditions are in store for Seoul with a high of 16 degrees, while Daegu tops 20 and Busan 21.<br />After this rain, clear skies will dominate the forecast throughout the rest of the week,... with chilly mornings and warm afternoons.<br />I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.<br />
