When it comes to the origin of the<br />cheeseburger, it is not clear whether it was<br />invented in Colorado, Kentucky or California. Of the three, Colorado has the least-expensive<br />home-cooked burger, costing only $2.44. California’s average price is<br />$2.55 and Kentucky’s is $2.52.
