A cherry picker has arrived at Dixon's Chimney in Carlisle, northwest England, in an attempt to rescue a man stuck at its top.<br /><br />Footage filmed today (October 28). shows the industrial cherry picker close to the top of the chimney.<br /><br />Police have confirmed that a ladder has been attached onto the chimney from the cherry pick in an attempt to retrieve the man.<br /><br />Fears have grown as there has been no sign of movement from the man since this morning, according to Newsflare's filmer.
