South Korea and the United States seem to have narrowed their differences on how to share the cost of stationing American troops on the Peninsula next year.<br />An official familiar with last week's talks on the matter told reporters both sides agreed on some aspects of what the officials called a "win-win" deal.<br />This year's so-called Special Measures Agreement, which expires in December, required South Korea to pay almost 900 million U.S. dollars.<br />Next year, President Trump reportedly wants billions more.<br />
