In a tragic incident, One person Died after a Scooter (AS-23J-3550) he was riding was hit from behind by a Truck (AS-09 C-1856) travelling from Tinsukia to Margherita.<br />The Deceased has been identified as one Pranjal Borthakur, a contractual employee at the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Hospital died on the spot.<br />Following the incident, the Truck was caught by the locals and handed over to The Digboi Police station.<br />Further investigation is on. <br />
