Shiv Sena rejected BJP's 50-50 formula in 1999, Congress government was formed. There is a fierce battle between the BJP and Shiv Sena for the post of Chief Minister in Maharashtra. Shiv Sena is putting 50-50 formula in front of BJP for government formation. Earlier, in Maharashtra, the 50-50 formula was given by BJP leader Gopinath Munde in 1999, but the Shiv Sena did not agree then.<br /><br />महाराष्ट्र में मुख्यमंत्री पद को लेकर बीजेपी और शिवसेना के बीच घमासान जारी है. सरकार गठन के लिए बीजेपी के सामने शिवसेना 50-50 के फॉर्मूले को रख रही है. महाराष्ट्र की सत्ता में इससे पहले 50-50 का फॉर्मूला 1999 में बीजेपी नेता गोपीनाथ मुंडे ने दिया था, मगर तब शिवसेना राजी नहीं हुई थी.
