A traditonal Korean wedding attire for men that was collected by a German priest over a century ago is on display for the first time in South Korea.
The robe, known as 'Dallyeong', will be on display at the National Folk Museum of Korea until January 27th before being sent back to Germany.
The robe's fabric had been badly damaged over time, and two years of conservation and restoration of textiles were needed before it could be put on display.
The attire was not only an outfit for grooms, but also an official's daily wear during the Joseon Dynasty.
