Good morning. The last day of October is kicking off on a cool note, but highs will rise to the twenties leading to wide temperature differences of over 10 degrees Celsuis in Seoul, even wider over in Cheorwon in Gangwon-do Province. Dress accordingly on your way out.<br />Also you will need a face mask. Right now we are breathing decent air. But the capital area and Chungcheong-do Provinces will be affected by yellow dust in the morning while toxic smog will blow in from tonight. Other regions could also have relatively polluted air.<br />Single digit morning lows to start the day in most regions, but we are looking at lots of sunshine throughout the day.<br />Highs will rise to the low twenties in many areas, and top temperatures will range between 20 and 23 degrees.<br />Friday is forecast to be another dusty day... while big temperature readings will again prevail across the country.<br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br /><br />
