Video summary of the ALDE Seminar "Cross-border co-operation: improving regional development and cohesion in Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary" <br /><br />Event date: 11/11/08 09:00 to 11:30 <br />Location: Room ASP 3G3, European Parliament, Brussels <br /><br />Many initiatives concerning the cross-border co-operation between Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria have been initiated during the period 1997-2003. During that period the framework has been almost completely established. <br /><br />Currently we are witnessing some of its outcomes, even though there are many projects still developing.The aim of the seminar is to bring attention to the cross-border social, economic and cultural cooperation between the cities located across the border of the three countries.
