A cyclist near Regent's Park, London, confronts a van driver on October 28 who was allegedly using his phone while on the move.<br /><br /><br />Mike, the filmer, spotted the van driver on the phone and approached the vehicle questioning whether the driver wanted "six points".<br /><br />The motorist then parks nearby and walks about to Mike while recording him, stating: "If you can film me, I can film you."<br /><br />The pair then make their way over to the van where Mike attempts to identify the company the driver works for.<br /><br />Mike, who goes by CyclingMikey on YouTube, told Newsflare: "When confronted about his phone use he said, 'I couldn't give a f***.'<br /><br />"He then offers to see me for a chat in the park, aka wanting to fight me and parks up. <br /><br />"Five minutes later comes to film me, which I'm fine with, and then as soon as I point out his company logo on his work fleece, he begins to hold his left arm to cover it in shame. <br /><br />"I walk over to his van, film some timesheets to get the company name and logo and email the company. The phone driver tells me he is the boss."
