Tropical storm Matmo brought strong wind and heavy rain to Vietnam, risking dangerous flooding to the region.<br /><br />Matmo formed late on Tuesday in the South China Sea and is expected to weaken as it moves into Cambodia. <br /><br />The footage was captured on Wednesday afternoon (October 30).
