House Passes Rules for <br />Trump Impeachment Inquiry.<br />The resolution passed 232-196 <br />with no support from <br />House GOP members.<br />The Democrats' impeachment process against President Trump will now move into the next phase.<br />This includes having <br />public hearings which <br />were previously held private.<br />Lawmakers' votes will <br />be counted on for further impeachment process.<br />Trump himself will also now formally be involved in the inquiry.<br />Democrats lamented at their decision, but say the president <br />needs to be held accountable.<br />This is a sad day for our country.
