Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters have been called to a fire at a flat in Ingrave Street in Battersea, London Fire Brigade has said.<br /><br />Eyewitness video shows a police car accompanying an ambulance and a large presence of emergency responders at the scene.<br /><br />"Part of one flat on the 14th floor of the 15 storey building was damaged by fire," London Fire Brigade said in a statement.<br /><br />"Firefighters rescued one man from the property and he was treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service crews.<br /><br />"The Brigade was called at 1821 and the fire was under control at 1928. Fire crews from Battersea, Wandsworth, Tooting, Fulham and other surrounding fire stations attended the scene."
