Seoul and Daejeon at 10 degrees Celsius this morning. Hazardous haze hangs over most regions, blurring the skyline.<br />Highs will rise to the twenties in many areas. Top temperatures will range between 20 and 23 degrees in most areas.<br />Air quality will improve over the weekend.
