A campaign van with an electronic billboard advertising the Liberal Democrats was blocked by Leave protesters during demonstrations on Thursday (October 31). <br /><br />Leave demonstrators attempted to blockade the van outside the Houses of Parliament in London's Westminster until police stepped in to disperse the crowd. <br /><br />The Brexiteers were later seen shouting “scum” at MPs arriving in their cars at Parliament.<br /><br />The UK had been due to leave the EU on October 31 but an extension has been granted by Brussels.
