South Korea's overall consumer price growth edged up for the first time in three months in October.<br />Statistics Korea says the consumer inflation rate saw a slight increase but it remained at 0 percent compared to last year.<br />The consumer price index for October edged up point-2 percent compared to September.<br />Compared to same month last year, it remained the same.<br />By sector, lower agricultural, livestock and fisheries prices dragged on growth.<br />But service, electricity, water, and gas prices contributed to growth.<br />
