The anti-fascist group known as "Antifa" held a demonstration in central London last night (October 31) and were met with a counter-demonstration.<br /><br />Footage shows the marchers being escorted by police, while scuffles broke out elsewhere.<br /><br />The counter-demonstrators were described as "agitators" and "far-right" after they were seen "giving Nazi salutes in front of police."<br /><br />The group of anti-fascists marched on Whitehall where they made their way to the South Bank and the London eye.<br /><br />The march was to oppose organisations who were in the capital to mark what would have been the day the United Kingdom left the European Union.
