Appeal for help to find arsonist who started blaze which killed Patryk Mortimer one year one

Detective Superintendent John Bent is leading the inquiry into the blaze at the former Manor House Care Home and hopes someone can shed more light on what happened.<br />The appeal comes 12 months on from the fire in Easington Lane.
