A heart-wrenching video has emerged of monkeys and deer munching on plastic waste inside a national park in northwest India.<br /><br />The video was shot on October 31, in Zone 2 area of the Ranthambore National Park in Sawai Madhopur district, Rajasthan.<br /><br />Visual showed monkeys and sambar deer eating plastic waste, much to the chagrin of onlookers.<br /><br />Complaints have been lodged against conservation authorities regarding their efforts to curtail the plastic waste situation, while activists have appealed to officials to put a ban on plastic bags in and around the national park.
