Tourists were spotted grabbing a seagull and forced-feeding it in southwestern China's Kunming city on October 31.<br /><br />The video shows a man holding a seagull he caught near Dian Lake and a woman force-feeding it bread.<br /><br />The seagull can be seen opening its mouth widely to scream and trying to escape, while several tourists were taking pictures of it. <br /><br />Several local citizens shouted to stop them immediately.<br /><br />A woman said:" You cannot treat it (seagull) like that!" and a man said:" What are you doing?"<br /><br />Since the seagulls were frightened by the abduction, they flew away and did not come back for around an hour.<br /><br />The tourists explained that they did not know they were not supposed to grab the seagull and apologised before leaving.
