Alec Baldwin Sues Over <br />Parking Space Conflict In November of last year, Baldwin was arrested after being accused of punching Wojciech Cieszkowski over a parking spot. Baldwin has now filed a <br />defamation lawsuit because he <br />insists he never hit anyone and claims <br />Cieszkowski lied about what happened.
