South Korea's top nuclear envoy travels to Moscow this afternoon to discuss North Korea's denuclearization with his Russian counterpart.<br />Seoul's Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Lee Do-hoon is scheduled to sit down with Igor Morgulov, Russian deputy foreign minister.<br />Lee will also attend the 2019 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference, which kicks off Thursday.<br />While he's there, the South Korean envoy is likely to meet North Korean diplomat Jo Chol-su and U.S. special envoy Mark Lambert.<br />Diplomats from China and Japan are also due to attend the conference.<br />
