New Delhi: A layer of smog blankets the national capital on November 07. The air quality of Delhi took a major hit due to a combination of stubble burning and firecracker emissions. According to Air Quality Index (AQI), major pollutants in Delhi’s Lodhi Road area were PM 2.5 at 169 and PM 10 at 183.<br /><br />To curb air pollution, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi has announced the implementation of the odd-even scheme from Nov 04-15.<br />
