South Korea's top nuclear envoy, Lee Do-hoon is on his way to Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart about North Korea's denuclearization.<br />He'll be sitting down on Friday with Igor Morgulov, Russia's deputy foreign minister.<br />He'll also attend the 2019 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference, which kicks off on Thursday, and he is likely to meet North Korean diplomat Jo Chol-su and U.S. special envoy Mark Lambert during his stay.<br />Meanwhile, the Chinese foreign ministry said today that South Korea's Ambassador to China Jang Ha-sung met Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Luo Zhaohui on Tuesday in Beijing.<br />No specific details of the discussion have been revealed, but there is speculation the two may have discussed a possible visit to Seoul by Chinese President Xi Jinping later this year.<br />
