Local people call this Vietnamese ace cook the 'kung fu noodles man' because of his amazing skills when whipping them together from flour. <br /><br />The man named Loc, 31, filmed here spinning and twisting his noodles on August 28, has a small restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. <br /><br />Loc said he learned his skills on an apprenticeship from a Chinese chef and within 10 years he invented his own way of making noodles.
