South Korea's foreign exchange market will open one hour later next Thursday due to the College Scholastic Ability Test,... or Sooneung in Korean.<br />The inter-bank exchange market will open at 10 AM, but will close at the usual time of 3:30 PM.<br />This is to ease the morning rush hour traffic for students who need to go to their designated schools to take the college entrance exam.<br />Korea's major stock markets will also open and close an hour later than usual from 10 AM to 4:30 PM on Thursday.<br />
