Delicious apple and cream cheese tarts with a touch of cinnamon. Used one of our apples freshly picked.<br /><br />Recipe:<br />1 apple<br />2 eggs<br />2 packages of cream cheese<br />Juice of one lemon<br />1/2 cup powdered sugar<br />1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />Enough cinnamon sugar to lightly dust the pastries.<br />Two puff pastry sheets<br /><br />Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 min.
