It's time to experiment in the kitchen. I made 2 types of pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. One with oatmeal and the other with pepitas. I had never made these before but they both turned out delicious.<br />375 degree Fahrenheit <br />Ingredients:<br />4 eggs<br />7 cups of flour<br />4 sticks (1 pound butter)<br />29 oz can of pumpkin<br />4 cups chocolate chips<br />2 cups pepitas<br />3 cups old fashioned oats<br />3/4 cup granulated sugar<br />2 and 1/4 cups dark brown sugar<br />2 tablespoons cinnamon<br />2 teaspoons ground ginger<br />1 teaspoon ground cloves<br />1 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg<br />2 teaspoons baking soda<br />2 teaspoons salt
