Using more of the empire apples from our trees.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />4 apples<br />1 1/2 cup flour<br />4 eggs<br />1/2 cup milk<br />1 stick of butter (unsalted)<br />1/3 cup cinnamon sugar<br />1 tablespoon baking powder<br />1/2 teaspoon salt<br />1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />1 cup sugar<br />2 tablespoons sugar to mix in the egg whites<br /><br />350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
