Self-exiled Cambodian opposition leader Sam Rainsy has rallied his supporters to "keep up the hope" as they challenge authoritarian ruler Hun Sen.<br /><br />Rainsy said that during an interview with Reuters on Saturday and expressed his gratitude to the Malaysian government for allowing him entry to the country.
