The Seoul city government will be implementing special public transport measures for this year's college entrance exam,…which takes place this Thursday.<br />In the morning, the subway will run on its rush hour schedule for an extra two hours, from 6 to 10 a.m., …with extra trains throughout the day.<br />Downtown buses will also run more frequently between 6 and 8:10 a.m. …and there'll be an additional 16-thousand private taxis on the roads.<br />More than 8-hundred vehicles will be on standby near subway stations and bus stops to help get students get to their test sites free of charge.<br />
