British TikTok user Ruby Blackman's hilarious clip has gone viral, viewed over 2.7 million times on Twitter and liked over 200,000 on TikTok, the video-sharing platform favoured by Generation Z. <br /><br />In the short video, set to sad music, Blackman 'flips' her face, showing the image that is visible on the iPhone camera selfie mode.<br /><br />Blackman told Newsflare she was left “mortified” after a filter revealed that others see her the opposite of how she sees herself.<br /><br />"I just found out something mortifying; that every single person that sees me every day sees this," the 16-year-old said in her video. <br /><br />The video's revelation seems to have resonated with fellow teenage social media users. The flipped selfie filter has become a popular digital trend as hundreds attempt to replicate Blackman's clip.<br /><br />"I just tried it.
