South Korea plans to upgrade its shipping and fishing sectors with Artificial Intelligence and other technologies that are considered pillars of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.<br />The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries announced a 9-point plan on Monday to bolster its maritime industries over the next decade.<br />The goal is to develop fully autonomous ships by that time,... and to grab an ambitious 50 percent of the world market.<br />AI and Big Data will be used to manage logistics, and track fishing activities in real time. <br />
