New Delhi: A layer of thick smog blankets the national capital on November 12. There is no respite for people as air quality remains ‘Hazardous’. <br /><br />According to Air Quality Index (AQI), major pollutants in Delhi’s Lodhi Road, PM 2.5 stood at 456, which means ‘severe’ and PM 10 at 287, which means ‘poor’. <br /><br />To curb air pollution, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi has announced the implementation of the odd-even scheme from Nov 04-15.<br />
