A Hong Kong police officer was filmed shooting a protester at near point-blank range with a pepper-spray pellet gun yesterday (November 11).<br /><br />Filmed in Tseung Kwan O, demonstrators can be seen facing off with police and then retreat once the officer discharges multiple rounds of pepper spray pellets.<br /><br />This comes after widely circulated footage of another protester was shot by a police officer at close range leaving him hospitalised in critical condition.
