Locals managed to rescue a man and his motorbike who were swept away by flash flooding in Vietnam on November 11.<br /><br />Typhoon Nakri hit Vietnam causing heavy rain and strong winds, damaging hundreds of trees and houses. Thousands were evacuated and many areas were hit by flash floods.
