Opposition lawmakers claimed that the Election Commission’s (EC) decision on requiring permits for walkabout and door-to-door campaign is against the election law.<br /><br />Opposition chief Datuk Ismail Sabri Yaakob told a press conference on Wednesday that they will bring the issue up for debate in Parliament on Thursday.<br /><br />He said the matter will be brought to court after the Tanjung Piai by-election.
