This hapless pet dog had to be rescued after getting its head stuck between railings. <br /><br />The pooch had been stuck for more than three hour when the residents found him in Uttaradit, northern Thailand, October 29 morning.<br /><br />Rescue worker Laywat Yaytung arrived and took two hours to cut the metal fence and release the dehydrated mutt.<br /><br />Laywat said the dog had been found at around 5am and was eventually released just after 8am.<br /><br />He said: "It took almost two hours to rescue the dog. It looked so weary and its tongue had turned pale-violet color. After being freed, the dog appeared dizzy, but it slowly recovered."<br /><br />Laywat said that middle-aged owner of the dog was worried after noticing it stuck in the fence.<br /><br />The kind-hearted rescuers gave the dog a bowl of water while getting it out of the strong railings.<br /><br />Laywat said: "We felt so good that we finally helped him. Without the steel cutters and the good team work, the dog could have died."
