This is the terrifying moment strong winds and heavy rain destroyed shelters being used by victims of recent earthquakes in the Philippines.<br /><br />The tents were put up in Makilala, North Cotabato, southern Philippines, after hundreds of people were displaced by successive earthquakes last month. But the area was battered by a strong hailstorm on November 11. <br /><br />Footage shows how the blue covers of the shelters were torn off. <br /><br />North Cotabato Governor Shirlyn Macasarte said four evacuation camps were damaged by the hailstorm and powerful winds.
