The thermometer points at about minus 1 degree Celsuis right now, but it feels like minus 10 degrees so bundle up. Strong wind advisories are in effect along the coast.<br />Temperatures will be on the cold side all day, the bitterly cold wind will make it feel colder than the actual temperature. So let's take a closer look.<br />Chuncheon is starting the day at minus 5 degrees, Daejeon is at the freezing mark. Yesterday's rain froze in some areas so be careful on the roads.<br />Sunny skies will dominate and air quality is shaping up to be normal to good.
