Good morning. Seoul saw its first snow of the season early this morning, which came 9 days earlier than last year. We will need an umbrella handy as light showers will stick around for most of the day in many regions. The mountainous parts of Gangwon-do Province will see 1 to 3 centimeters of snow, while the rest will see light sprinkles here and there.<br />Rain clouds are forecast to stay with us through mid-afternoon in Seoul and parts of Gangwon-do Province, while Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsang-buk-do Provinces and the surrounding areas will see rain from this evening.<br />Temperature-wise, highs will go way higher than yesterday to the mid-teens but wind and dark skies will make it feel a lot chillier while rain-free regions could see some sunshine.<br />Higher than average temperatures are in store for the weekend, but colder weather returns again next week.
