Let's start with North Korea's ultimation...<br />North Korea claims to have sent a final notice to South Korea that it will unilaterally tear down South Korean facilities at its Mount Geumgang tourist resort... if Seoul doesn't do it.<br />Pyeongyang's state-run Korean Central News Agency said Friday that the regime sent its notice on Monday and Seoul has yet to respond.<br />The North said South Korea doesn't seem to understand its demand... and keeps on mentioning other options like a "creative approach," "working-level talks" and a "joint investigation team visit to the North."<br />The regime accused Seoul of ignoring its facilities for the past ten years and is only now trying to take action.<br />It stressed there's no room for South Korea in regards to tours to Mount Geumgang... and the mountain is not something shared by the two sides.<br />
